Barnsdall Arts' mission is based on the importance of creative expression in every child's development and quality of life. Barnsdall Arts fulfills its mission by:

1) Offering free and low-cost programs throughout the community;

2) Advocating equal access to art experiences regardless of ethnicity, economic status, geography or physical or developmental ability;

3) Promoting parent involvement in schools and family-based cultural activities;

4) Collaborating with other educational, cultural, and civic institutions to incorporate the arts into the life of the community.
